Market Development

The telco industry has been good to him over a varied 25 year career most of this in senior and executive management positions. For 10 years, Chris was “Mr Data” in MTN, launching all the data products up to 3G. After growing and selling two start-ups and an ‘interesting’ sojourn with Huawei, he spent the next years ‘giving back’ on what he learned; advising companies on telco business cases and strategic planning, and acquisitions.

He has presented internationally on his policy research on ‘reaching the under-served’ and hopes to make a WORLD of difference by expanding our impact to communities across the globe.

Chris loves his hiking in nature and moved to Cape Town to surround himself with some of the natural beauty. His boldest visions have come to him whilst looking into Africa from atop Table Mountain.
