Relationship Game Terms & Conditions

Intent and introduction

The Relationship Game (“Game”) is an online portal for meeting random people in a completely secure and anonymous way, with a view to getting to know people and identifying those of interest to you. WORLD ensures that you are protected in this process and will warn you before you leave the secure environment of the Game.

Parties to this agreement

This “Agreement”, regarding terms of use for playing the Game, is between you and:

Anonymity and safety

While playing the Game in anonymous mode, your identity is unknown to the other player (you are known to the other player by a random computer-generated name) and WORLD prevents players from disclosing their identity until they have progressed to a level where each player may make an informed decision. It stands to reason that if two individuals know each other and elect to play the Game, then there is no anonymity.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other players. You understand that WORLD does not conduct background checks on players. WORLD makes no representation or warranties as to the conduct of players.

User provided information

Date of birth is a mandatory field. When providing this information you commit to WORLD that the information is correct. Other fields are optional, but not providing the information may make you less eligible for selection by other players.

Sharing of information

By playing the Game you consent to sharing certain personal information with other players:

Approximate age
Gender
Nationality
Approximate location

Information exchanged with another player is always with your consent and is not shared with anyone but that player. For further information kindly refer to the WORLD Privacy Policy.

Minors

Consensual age differs from country to country, but WORLD typically moderates content for players under the age of 18. Despite this moderation, the Game is not recommended for children under the age of 15. For further clarification on matters relating to minors, contact us via email at legal@enabled.world.

Consent and eligibility

By playing the Game, you are:

consenting to the terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement (and future amended versions as may be communicated from time to time);
confirming that you are not legally barred from participating because of either being declared a sex offender, or having committed a violent crime or similar.

If you are NOT in agreement with the terms of this Agreement, then kindly refrain from playing the Game.

Player rules

By playing the Game you agree that you will remain mindful of the rights of others and mindful that you are personally responsible for the content that you create. Consult the WORLD User Generated Content Policy for further details.

WORLD reserves the right to terminate your participation if we believe that you have violated any of these conditions.

Rights granted to you by WORLD

WORLD grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-sub-licensable license solely for the purpose of you playing and enjoying the Game, as intended by WORLD.

You agree to not misuse the Game by attempting to exploit it commercially in any way. See the WORLD End User License Agreement for further details.

Disclaimers

WORLD provides the Game on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We however grant no warranties of any kind with respect to the Game or its content. You play the Game at your discretion and risk. If you think the Game does not meet your expectations, we would like to hear your comments, which can be sent to contact@enabled.world.

Governing law

This Agreement is governed by Mauritian law. All claims arising out of, or relating to this Agreement, to the Game, or to your relationship with WORLD, will be addressed initially by Binding Arbitration according to WORLD’s Arbitration procedure. Any issue(s) that for whatever reasons are not submitted to arbitration will be litigated exclusively in the courts of Port Louis, Mauritius.

Indemnity

You agree, to the extent permitted under applicable law, to indemnify, defend and hold harmless WORLD, our affiliates and their, and our, respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all complaints, demands, claims, damages, losses, costs, liabilities and expenses, including attorney’s fees due to, arising out of, or relating in any way to your access to or use of the Game, your content, or your breach of this Agreement.

Entire agreement

This and the referenced documents constitutes the entire Agreement. You agree that your WORLD account is non-transferable and all of your rights to your account and its content terminate upon your death. No agency, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary or other special relationship or employment is created as a result of this Agreement and you may not make any representations on behalf of, or bind WORLD in any manner.
